You can pay EPF contributions through e-Caruman or online banking. With e-Caruman, you need a KWSP i-Akaun. For online banking, upload the EPF payment bank file on your bank's website (currently only available for Maybank customers) You can make payment via FPX (non-approval flow). You can make payment via direct debit (only for employers who have registered DDA). You can make payment at EPF/Bank counters.

EPF & SOCSO contributions are mandatory for eligible employees & employers as per Malaysian labour laws. Any agreement to waive these contributions would be against the law and could result in penalties for both the employer & employee.
