How to help someone with workplace burnout?

She used to be a top performer in our company, but recently, we've noticed that she seems very negative and sad. She's demotivated to work and doesn't feel like communicating with her colleagues. As HR, I've tried to ask her about her condition, but she's not willing to talk about it. I think she might be experiencing workplace burnout. How can we solve employee burnout?

To address employee burnout, creating a supportive environment is crucial for your company. I suggest the department head should review her workload, consistently monitor her progress, and check in with her to see how she is doing. The process needs to be patient and understanding, as recovery from burnout takes time.
