Can we terminate an employee during probation?
Currently there is employee did not perform well in our marketing department. But she is still under her probation period. Can we terminate her during probation period.
Employers can't terminate a probationary employee without a good reason. This means they need to have a clear and strong justification for letting the employee go before their probation period is over.
