Can HR deduct salary or attendance allowance for an employee's emergency absence?
Employee got an emergency call from her son’s school. She punched out and went to the school. After 1 1/2 hours, she returned to work and punched in.
HR deduct the 1 1/2 HR from salary and deduct from from attendance allowance. is this correct? I would appreciate your suggestions and opinions on this matter. Thank you.
