Boss want me to set up HR Department but Im not from this field
Hi there, I would like to seek advices from the experts please.
Currently my company does not have a HR department yet due to small business (24 employees and my boss is handling these HR stuff) and now my boss wanted to expand his business and wants to set up a HR department. I'm not from this field (I'm from IT) and my boss ask me to be the PIC of the HR development. May I know where I should start first? I know google but can I get to know the scopes and documentations needed as I need to propose the timeline etc for Stage 1 (preparation stage) to the boss.
Right now the scope i know are IR, ER, Commision and benefits, AL, Training, Recruitment. Is there anything I have missed?
